This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as SNS TRENDIFY.

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how our refund and return process works:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals.

• Opened earphones/airpods (for hygiene reasons) may not be eligible unless defective.

2. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the approval/rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Gift cards, promotional items, or items marked as “Final Sale.”

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same product.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
